"Feature Properties" and "Agent Suburb Ads"

At aussiehome.com, we pride ourselves in our CLEAN property search, uncluttered by 'feature listings', 'guaranteed top spots' and the like that you'll see on other property search sites.

There are TWO areas though where clients can promote themselves or their listings above the other properties on the site:

1. Feature Property – 3 a week, on the home page of aussiehome.com
2. Agent Suburb Ad – up to 3 horizontal ads appearing within the search results of your chosen suburb(s)

Only aussiehome.com real estate clients can book suburb ads; but 3rd party companies (such as home builders) can take feature property spots if they are available.

Many aussiehome.com agency clients have standard bookings (e.g 2nd week of every month) for feature property spots, and receive a discount.
